Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

lawsuit from credit card company.

Being sued by credit card company. I know my home is protected via properly filed homestead exemption; wages cannot be garnished as I am head of household, make greater than 50% of family income, and make less than $500.00 weekly; I understand these and feel comfortable with these particular items being ''judgment proof''. My questions are: Our (me and my wife, together) personal property (vehicles, motorcycle, boat, trailer) is titled with ''OR'' instead of ''AND''. Are these items of personal property ''exempt'' from seizure? Are we holding title as TBE, JTWROS or Tenancy in Common? Even so, it has always been our intent, as husband and wife, to own our property together; is that presumption good enough to protect our personal property from seizure?

If you fax over a copy of the Summons I could better answer your questions and depending upon who is suing you I might be able to help to defend against the claims against you.
