If the attorney is unwilling to change it, you can file a "motion hearing" with the court entitled a "Motion for Protective Order." Just outline that you are not available and that the attorney will not accomadate you. You have to file the paper with the court and set a date for the hearing (you can find out when the judge does motion hearings from the judges assistant). You have to send a copy and the date of hearing to the other attorney. He will probably change the date once he sees you file something with the court.
