who and how can a lean placed agains my proberty
1994 trip to Italy with airline
incident over spilled coffee on plane
1996 charges for personal damage against a flight
attendant (burned food)
1997 trial with FAA in Indianapolis, Ind.
judgement against me for 2500 dollars
1999 move to Florida
purchase of home here
2001 wants to refinance, finds out FAA put lean agains
house jointly owned by husband and wife

can there be a lean placed on jointly owned proberty
without notification to owners and can house be refinanced without paying these charges? these judgement was made by a judge from the FAA, procecution was from FAA and witnesses where FAA employees. This was not a fair trial and I refuse to
pay.

1..yes 2. yes, but the proposed lender may not, in fact,lend because of the judgment lien.

The Judgment lien is not a charge against your homestead.
