If they have hired a collection agency or an attorney to go after you, there may be a case under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I handle such cases throughout North Florida. If you want a free consultation, please call me at 850-778-1355. Generally, I handle all such cases on a contingency basis, meaning you pay me nothing unless I recover money for you.
