Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

If i owe money to a dr and they've agreed to take monthly payments, which i am making, can they threaten or actually go to my employer to talk about my debt?

No they can not threaten to or go to your employer regarding the debt unless they have garnishment ordered by a court. Doing so would be a violation of the Florida law.
