Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I'm a plaintiff in an fdcpa and fcra lawsuit against a collection agency. My case is very strong and the evidence is well documented. The opposing counsel is insisting on mediation. Does it behoove us to go?

There is no harm in this. Moreover, you may learn defenses to the collection agencies position which will help you in your case. Insist that the collection agency pay of the mediation if they are the ones who want it.

Good luck!
