Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I just recently received lump sum payments of back disability payments on behalf of my twin minor children through their father's disability benefits and am not sure if since I had a foreclosure judgment in 2007 against me if the bank I owed would be able to come after payment from these lump sum payments for my children

If it was payment to you, they can. If the money ios paid to the kids, for their use and not yours, then they can't

IF you place the funds in the bank and they have a judgment with order to attach your accounts, you could lose your money.
