Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

repeated court apppearance regarding a telephonic appearance

I have repeatedly been petitioned by ''chase bank'' whom i have a debt to, to come to court for a brief acknowlegment that i have a debt. I have to take off work every time. I made an offer to settle but chase refuses.

Now they have a lien on my home. Can i send a ''proxy'' to the court for this 15-minute waste of time ??

Re: repeated court apppearance regarding a telephonic appearance

If Chase now has a lien on your home, it means Chase obtained a judgment against you. There won't be any necessity for you to go to Court to take care of this 15 minute waste of time. It's basically over and done with.
