Reposesition

I am three monthes behind on my car and truck payments

is there anything i can do to try to stop reposesition of these vehicles , my family had a illness is the reason why the payments are behind and the bank wont work with me in catching up on them

If the bank will not work with you, you can file a bankruptcy. A chapter 13 reorganization will allow you to make payments to catch up what you owe over time, roughly 36 to 60 months. If the vehicles are repossessed prior to the filing, the bank does not necessarily have to return the vehicles. Consult a bankruptcy practitioner in your area for more details.
