Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

if i am on social security, what can a charged card company or a credit card company sue me for if i own no home, have no money in savings or nothing exept my social security check?

They can sue and get a judgment. Doesn't sound like you have anything that they will get, though, other than the piece of paper.
