Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
My son is a co-signer of a FL car title; supplied the valid license plate; and is co-signer on the auto loan. Does he have a right to keep a set of keys and assume possession of the car if the signer is in arrears or defaults?

If he is on the tile, he has an equal right to possession.
