Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Statue of limitation on debt

I lived in Florida foro 20 years and moved to Nevada 8 months ago. I am receiving phone call s(voice mail) from a collection agency about an overall draft that I supposely have with a bank since 1998...I don't remember anything about this bank account...What is the statue of limitation for this debt...?

Can they do harrassing calls like that?
