Student Loans

Have outstanding government student loans, a collection agency is threatening to take my car, garnish my wages and place a lean on my home. Can they do any or all of these threats to collect the student loan?

In fact ,if a judgment is obtained , those acts may occur. However the collection agency cannot do any of them.You may have an action under the FDCPA. Consult with counsel.
