Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I'm being sued, do i have to pay all monies at pretrial conference or am i given a specified time to pay in full?

The pretrial hearing is just for your to either admit or deny the claim. You can mediate with the Plaintiff at that time or you can ask for a trial date. I suggest you ask to mediate and then see if you can reduce the amount owed. Some companies will work with you and reduce as they would rather get somethings rather than nothing.
