Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I have an unpaid cash advance, and I have been constantly harassed by the bill collector. So my question is, can a bill collector claiming to be a lawyer with out documentation or proper paperwork, and with out going to court send me to jail on a unpaid cash advance in the state of Florida?

Check out the member site - flabar.org - member search. If this guy is NOT a lawyer, file a complaint immediately with the bar. It is against the law to practice law without a law degree and active status with the bar of Florida.
