Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Writ of Garnishment

A Writ of Garnishment was issued to your bank and the funds available were less than the judgement amount. The account was brought to a zero balance. If the defendent has direct deposit of wages, will they also be taken when the next paycheck is deposited? If so how can this be stopped so the defendent has some funds to live on?
