Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

If I have a written agreement to make monthly payments on a judgment, how come they sent the order to the court to collect?

I have a judgment against me from a previous landlord that in which we agreed in writing that I would pay $50 per month. I have made every payment on time since the agreement but for some unexplained reason her attorney sent the judgment to the court for them to collect & freeze my bank account. Is this legal? How come I was never notified? I was never delinquent in any payment and her attorney can not provide an explanation. He even stated that he doesn't know why this happened and is contacting the court to have the matter disposed of.

Please help
