Hey I read your question and the one answer. It's not an easy question to answer. No one but the State Attorney's Office decides who gets charged with crimes. Here, the company does not decide if you get charged. They may try to allege a crime has occurred, but if your mom says it was ok, the State will have a problem bringing charges.

However, you could have a problem with the State if you forged your mother's name without her permission. It would help you if she says she agreed to you signing her name.
