Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a 10 pm to 6 am curfew from the parole board. My parole officer visited my condo on Friday night around 11 pm. I was on my back patio and did not hear her at my front door. She has my cell phone and land phone but did not call me. She called Monday and threatened to violate my probation. Is this legal?
