Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

can my 17 yr old be conv. on sexual assault if...

My son 15 was accused of sexual assault in jan 2003, on a child under 12 no one came to question him though location provided accuser, mother of minor, babysitter of 2 more children had inquired about victims benefits months prior to allegations. after filing, appeared nervous and fled state, against police wishes, no further contact, but child services insisted on taped interview, child 3yrs. warrent issued with no knowledge, arrest 2 yrs later, 4th hearing, which was evedence hearing, no witnesses, no evidence offered, but later re arrested as an adult, still no witnesses. Also there was an unrelated tresspass warning against myself that was issued that was in police report as evidence against him, no bearing on case, plus one airtight alibi pertaining to accusation. isnt an evidence hearing the same as a juvie. equivelent of a trial, and with no witness, will this go away, as one local atty. said? Is there any motions can be filed to reduce bail[100,000.00] and can a public defender leave message on answering machine saying go back to juvie ct, plead guilty, get walker program, when he seems to be the reason that it wasnt dissmissed. my son is considered a flight risk by juvie judge, though even states atty disputed this.indige
