You face up to the max time as per the degree of the felony. For example, a third degree felony is punishable by up to 5 years prison; a second degree is punishable by up to 15 years prison; a first degree felony, punishable by 30 years prison, and a life felony, punishable by life in prison. Additionally, you face a potential failure to appear charge, as well as thousands of dollars in extradtion costs. I suggest you contact an attorney before you do anything.
