Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Adjudication Withheld

If a person had an adjudication withheld in regards to charges they were brought up what do they receive to prove this? An employee said no to the standard have you ever been convicted or plead guilty question ont he app but when their fingerprint report came back it showed convictions. They indicated these should be adjudication withheld but the record doesn't indicate that it shows felony convictions. What would they have to prove these charges should have been adujicated withheld?
