Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
We have an adult "child" living with us, rent free, for the last six years. so this would be her legal residence. I believe she has mental issues and drug issues. if she should get arrested in our home with drugs, can our house be taken away from us?

It is unlikely you would lose your home unless you were aware of it. You have the right, in light of the drug issues, to evict this person though.
