Age Of Consent Help
Alright I'm 20yr male in Florida dating a 17yr old female who will be turning 18 in two months and a couple of days. The problem arose when she snuck out of her house and came in through my window and had intercourse. However the parents found out, freaked, called and now I ain't allowed over the house or a complaint--name removed--be filed. What i need to know is if I can be arested for mutual sex, posible kidnapping, or otherwise oh they found out by our hot yahoo messages what was happening. And if I go to bite the dust what could I use as possible defences?

You can be arrested, there are no good defenses for this.

Based on what you've said, you haven't violated any Florida laws. The age of consent is 16 in Florida (unless the sexual partner is over 23, which you aren't).
