Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Approximately 24 years ago I had 2 different misdeamor's: 1. In 1987, 843.02 Resisting and opposing a police officer w/o violence; and 856.011 Disorderly Intoxication. 2. In 1988,614.123 Fighting, and 601.100 Resisting and opposing police officer w/o violence. My question is, are these 1st degree misdemeanor's? Also, is there anything I can do to clear my record now? I'm trying to look for employment and I see myself losing the position when I have to explain the childish behavior from 24 years ago.

Resisting w/o violence is a first degree misdemeanor. Disorderly Intox is a second degree misdemeanor. You could get them sealed only if you got a withhold on BOTH charges and you have never been convicted of ANYTHING else. You should call an attorney to see if you are eligible for sealing those charges.
