Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was arrested for larceny. Judge gave me PTI (FLORIDA). My first appt. with PTI is Mon 7/6/15. WILL I BE DRUG TESTED ON THIS FIRST VISIT?

They might. Obviously, you shouldn't be taking any chances and should remain drug free for your whole period of PTI.

It's possible, but not likely. Your charges aren't drug related and these programs aren't looking to violate you on your first meeting. I suggest that you stay clean while under their supervision, however.
