Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
if someone has been arrested for selling cocaine within 1000 ft of park (893.13 i believe) and hasn't been out of prison for three years what type of sentencing can we expect the state to go for

It will score a prison sentence but is not a crime eligible for the PRR enhancement where they would get the max. It is impossible to give an exact answer without knowing the person's priors and score. But the minimum is probably 3 years.
