Bad Checks in Florida
I wrote 3 checks to Publix in Florida on a checking account from a georgia bank. there are 3 felonies on me now. I thought the money was in the account, my husband said he put the money in the account before we went to florida,the checks were written in 2002 for about 300.00 each. i just found the letters from publix in a box after our seperation. seems he was intercepting these letters. i live back in tennessee near the ga line. i would like to pay publix back without prosecttion. is this possible? other avenues? statues of limitations?
