Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

bad hearing causes me to use speaker phone all of the time. while video taping birds from my living room, i received a phone call. when i uploaded my bird video the call could be head on the video. would it be a violation of the fl wire tap law to keep this recording as it was accidentally made??

Certainly not if it's you, and not if there was no expectation of privacy. Being on speaker, one loses "some" of that expectation, but since you had no criminal intent, you should be fine.
