Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I ask for a bond to be released because my boy friend has a warrant to be expedated to another state. His bond shows released under bond status. The other state may now not pick him up.And my released bond is now being held till his court date. Can I ask the jail to reinstate the bond since they are holding my money anyways? Or does he have to go to another bond hearing or pay another bail?

Yes, you could ask to come off the bond. This is something that should only be done with the assistance of an attorney.
