Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Bought dog from Son and daughter-n-law who have power of attorney of mother in assisted living with dementia. The puppy was hers (elderly lady) she is not in the right mind to care for the dog and the assisted living facility kicked the dog out. I paid a re-homing fee by check stating that it was for this dog. I'm afraid they might try to take the dog back now because the mother is very upset with them for re-homing her. The mother has called the last several days and harassed her son and being the wonderful man he is he gave her my number, now she is calling and harassing me. He told me basically he was tired of her calling him so he gave her my number so she could harass me instead and for me to just tell her I'm going to call the police. HELP.
