i bought a used stereo set with speakers on craigslist. yesturday a neighbor came by and saw i had the same type of speakers he had that was stolen out of his boat(only the speakers were stolen). i bought this set with a radio to match and i highly doubt these are his stolen speakers but in the case if they were and i didnt know, could i be in trouble? i bought the stereo and speakers for $125 on craigslist which is maybe 50-75 dollars less then i would have paid for it at the store.

You're not in trouble if you weren't aware they were stolen. If he can prove they were his, you'll have to give them to him. If they are his, you should report it to the police and to CraigsList.
