Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My boyfriend is in jail for attempted second degree murder. He has two other misdemeanors. How much time is he looking at when he goes to his arrAigment ?

If this is attempted felony murder, then he is looking at life in prison. The misdemeanors depend on the degree so I can't answer that but no misdemeanor is punishable by more than one year.
