Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Me an my boyfriend want to get married an have a kid, but he is in prison an I would have to do Vitro Fertilization. My question is would the prison allow the semen be collected or can they do it them self's an I just pick it up from the prison myself????

I don't think a lawyer can answer this one. However, the Dept. of Corrections can answer. Contact them and they can tell you the rules on this.
