broward county sex offenses
We keep hearing other inmates that Broward County is one of the toughest counties in Florida to be charged with a sex offense. Is that true? If so, why?

I can think of tougher counties. Pinellas is no bargain either. Broward just has judges and prosecutors who charge and sentence tough on sex offenses. Actually sex offenses are treated severely everywhere in FL.
