my car
i took my car in for a recall and they did the recall and a free inspection. a week later they called and asked if i wanted to trade it in. 2 days later the engine blew. now right before i took it in i had it serviced at a jiffy lube. nothing was wrong i honestly feel the did something to my engine, or knew something. do i have a case

Hard to say from your question. If you want to pursue this, you will need to have experts determine what caused your engine to "blow" since that is such an ambiguous generic term. Was it from lack of oil? or was it just old? or did you abuse the engine racing around? Without the real cause, it is impossible to say who is responsible.
Problem is, determining the cause in a mannor that would be admissable in a court proceeding can be very expensive. Only you can determine whether it is worth pursuing.
