Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

We have a car that is titled in my Husbands name my Daughter has this Car She has this Bad Moral boyfriend who informed us they are moving to Ohio and are going to sell this car .

My Daughter Has the title in her possession I have informed her that she can not sell the car

and has two days to bring it back or i will report it stolen. I am really afraid that he will or he will make her sign or forge the signature of my husband.....I have even told her that We will

sign the car over to her and that she then can get another title. My Question

I also do not want to respnsible for her irrsponibilties of who she sells this car to and if they do not

resister this car or get a new title.....If she does forge signature And i report it stolen i don't want my daughter in jail can i not have her prosecuted and just get the car back.???? I'm at my wits end on this HELP

Your only choice is to report her to the police. It is still theft and/or fraud regardless of who is doing the taking. This will only end up getting worse if you don't do something immediately. Not only will it get worse for you but if she considers forging a signature, then she is looking at a felony punishable by 5 years prison. You can only HELP her by helping yourself as well.
