Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I got caught shoplifting ( FL ) Amount under $100. No police were called, no arrest. They took my information & I was sent a letter from (Publix- store) Lawyer to pay $200 fine and paid it. I'm job searching which requires Level 2 background check. Will this show on my record. I'm so worried, I've had a clean record prior to this.
