i want to know the chances of me getting put back in jail when i go to court...this is the first time i ever been in trouble

Your question gives me so many details. If you are convicted of a first time murder, there is a very good chance of you going back to jail. On the other hand, if you were convicted of disorderly conduct, you are probably safe.
