Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I have a charge for possession of marijuana and i was planning on doing a diversion program. My lawyer set it up and everything to get the charge expunged. About a week ago i was charged with possession of alcohol in a bad circumstance. I plan on fighting to alcohol charge later, but for right now i'd like to know what will happen with the first charge and the repercussions that will come with this second charge

Every diversion program is different because the state attorney in each county decides on the rules of how they run the program. That said, they will PROBABLY kick you out of the program. Talk to your attorney and ask him what will happen as he is in the best position to answer your question.
