Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i have a charge on my record that isnt eligible to be sealed or expunged that was the first time that i'd ever gootten into trouble and havent been in trouble since is there anything i can do to make my situation better?

We could petition the governor for a pardon, which would have the same effect as an expungment. They are hard to get, but not out of the question so long as we can plead it properly.
