Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Charged With A Felony

Recently I was arrested for Grand Theft in the amount of $562. To keep it short, though I wasn't innocent, I wasn't completely guilty. I was a manager of a restaurant and several servers stole $562 worth of liquor and stated I told them to do it. In that case I was arrested. Though I knew of them stealing and didn't prohibit it, I was arrested and they were let off free. Today, the procesutor is meeting with the witnesses to gather info. I have no prior criminal record and a college graduate and a mother of two. I was told that after the procecutor meets with the witnesses that they will submit it to filing. What are the chances that the procecutor will file something greater than Grand Theft. What is the odds that I will have to do jail time?
