was charged with felony theft at walmart. 25 dollars.. what can i do??

If you are being charged with a felony for only 25 dollars, then you must have prior theft charges. That is obviously not a good thing as that will affect your sentence. You now face up to 5 years prison. The best thing to do would be to call an attorney. If this was in Tampa bay, feel free to contact me at my website number below.
