Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

i was charged with possession of a controlled substance. i was with the wrong people at the wrong time. this would be my first offense . is there anyway for me to get these charges dropped i would do anything i have never done drugs just been with people who have.

If you do a diversion program, the charges can be dropped. However, before you do that you should talk to an attorney to see if evidence can be suppressed due to improper police action.
