In 1984 state of Florida. I was arrested for cutting up a rifle and dissuading it in the trash.

The charge was possession of a short barreled rifle.

After going to court�The judge ruling was. He with held adjudication , I paid some money to the probation board and moved to Ohio�

I am 65 years old and would like to buy a gun�I am told because I have a felony arrest I cannot.. What can I do about this.???
