if you accept the deferred adj & enter a guilty or no contest plea, can you get your record expunged after successfully completing the program in FLORIDA

Your question is confusing. There is no class a charge in Florida. There is no deferred adj in Florida. If your case was nolle prossed after the program and you have no other convictions on your record, then yes you can.
