Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I am in need of help I am very confused
My husband was verbally given a sm. bass boat by his uncle 3 days later the uncle passes away. Now my husband thinking that it is ok for him to sell the boat, he recieved 75.00 for it. Now the guy found out that gave my husband the money ( even though he did not see the boat and does not know my husband) is pressing charges for ''cheating'' it is a felony here in florida. My husband has NO priors and thought that he could sell the boat legally being that he was verbally told that the boat was his. what can be done if anything? if u want to talk e mail me @ [email protected] thanks nikki

There is no charge of cheating in florida. Give the guy his money back.
