Consensual Sex?
In the state of Florida, what would be the charge in a case where a 24 year old male has consensual sex with a 14 year old female? And what is the mandatory minimum and maximum sentence that can possibly be given?

The crime you are describing would probably be charged as a Lewd and Lascivious Battery or L&L Molestation. Typically, it is charged as a second degree felony and could be punishable by up to 15 years in prison.
