Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

i went to court to day and i tryed to to early term my probation today and it got denyed the judge said that he takes affence to the case and he denyed it the charges where false imprisonment and false inpersonation of a leo what can i do as i feel that it was based on discrimation there was a deal with me and the state that i serve 30 in jail and 5 years probation what can i do i need help

Understand that free questions take a few days to be answered so I am just now getting this. However, all you can realistically do is wait a few months and try again. Then if that doesn't work, wait a few more months and try again. The judge doesn't have to let you off probation even if the state doesn't object. It's not discrimination and actually happens in most cases. I would advise hiring an attorney for the next go round and you might have a better chance at getting off probation. Good luck.
