if it say on your court papers adjudication withheld and your crime was a feleny first time can your the feleny off your record

You MAY be eligible to have the charge sealed. It depends on a lot of factors, one being the felony you were charged with and another important factor is what happened with other criminal charges, if any, including misdemeanors.
